Sweet Nothing ("we", "us") is a small home bakery. This page explains what information we collect when you order from us and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name and delivery address, when you place an order.
• Your Facebook profile or Messenger conversation details, if you contact us through Facebook Messenger.
• Order details: items, quantities, delivery date, and price.
• Payment confirmation screenshots you send us to verify payment.

How we use it

We use this information only to prepare, deliver, and bill your order, and to follow up about future orders if you've ordered from us before. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Where it's stored

Order and customer information is stored with Supabase (our database provider) and served through Cloudflare. Messages are exchanged through Meta's Messenger platform under Meta's own privacy terms, which apply to your use of Messenger itself.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for our own bookkeeping. If you'd like your information removed, contact us using the email below and we'll delete what we can.
